Health Vs Wealth



Many people know the important of health but not everyone is willing to change their lifestyles, especially their eating preferences and start to exercise. For me, im a couch potato. I can sit on the couch snacking and watch drama the whole day,skip dinner and ended up having supper. Now i felt my digestion system is getting bad =(
I am trying to eat as regularly as possible, eat more fruits and veges and spend more time to exercise, well perhaps have a walk with my dog together every other day.


Health  is  the  most  important asset of our life because  in  some  cases  no  matter  how  rich  you  are,  you  can't  buy life. Many people neglect about perfect health because they are preoccupied with other things they think are  more important such as earn as much money possible in order to have a luxurious life. In facts, without health, we would not enjoy wealth at all.

In my opinion, I strongly agree that health is more important than wealth. Therefore, it is better to start taking care of our health before it’s too late. This affects me when what happened to my grandma three years ago after having kidney failure, my family are putting health as a priority.


Lifestyle affecting our health.

Bad Lifestyle = Bad Health

Trust me, having a  healthy diet, doing regular  exercise, not smoking  and not drinking  too much alcohol can help you stay well and enjoy a long life. You’re never too young or too old to switch to a healthier lifestyle.
